Mr. Watson Hui – Chairman

Mr. Watson Hui is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ren Tong Group in Hong Kong. He has a wealth of experience and achievements in business, corporate operations and international trade. Mr. Hui is among the first generation of college graduates in China in the 1980s after the country’s opening up and reform. He graduated from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor of Medicine.  His ties with the academic world include taking part in the outstanding leaders program of Tsinghua University as well as undertaking advanced studies and research projects at Peking University and The University of Hong Kong in addition to obtaining an MBA from Jinan University.

Mr. Hui is keen on participating in social activities and contributing his efforts to various social groups and causes. He has extensive networks in industry and different commercial sectors, the business community as well as the Mainland government. Mr. Hui is a Director of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce.  He has also served as an Executive Member of the Chinese Executives Club of The Hong Kong Management Association, Counselor of the Youth Executive Committee of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Chengdu Overseas Exchanges Association of Sichuan Province.

Mr. Jordan Hou – Managing Director

Mr. Jordan Hou was Executive Director and CFO of several listed companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia before joining HT Strategy.  He has extensive experience in corporate management, finance and accounting in different industries, including finance, manufacturing, hotel and tours operation, property development, infrastructure investment, retail and wholesale business. He is a Certified Accountant of China and a member of the Guangdong Accounting Association.  Mr. Hou was a Council Member of the Guangdong Provincial Accounting Society. He is also a certificate holder of Hong Kong Securities Brokers and Hong Kong Brokers representation issued by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.
